1. Go to mywestern.wwu.edu
2. Log in with your Western ID and Password
3. Click on Web4U at the top of the page: 
4. Select Student
5. Select Student Records
6. Select Degree Evaluation
7. Click on the What-if analysis on the bottom
8. Select the current term
9. For program select General University Requirements, click continue
10. Under first major, select GUR evaluation only department, click submit
11. Select the term you plan to graduate (guessing over is ok), click continue
12. Click Generate Request
13. Click Submit and print the CAPP
14. Provide this office a copy.

If you already know what major you will be declaring, then you may select your desired program and major (e.g., for future biology majors, select Bachelor of Science and Technology for Program and Biology for First Major).
