Give a Talk or Host a Panel 2024

You can register to host a talk solo, co-host a full panel, or run a Q&A or workshop event at QueerCon 2024 for FREE! For QueerCon 2024, these presentations can be given in-person or virtual/hybrid! Policies for student tabling at QueerCon

Panel Size: We ask that you limit the size of your panel to 5 people. If you require more than 5 panelists, please make a note of that in the comments section at the end of this form, and QueerCon staff will contact you with additional questions.

Presentation duration: You can reserve a time slot of 20 min, 50 min, or 80 min. The reserved time includes any time intended for Q&A.

Complimentary tickets for speakers:
Each speaker or panelist gets a FREE ticket to the event.

Can I register for a talk/panel/etc. even though it is late?
The Final Registration Deadline is Friday, March 01, 2024. Late registrations received before April 05 are eligible for the waitlist, space and availability permitting. Registrations for talks submitted after April 05 will not be accepted.

Sharing your contact information with QueerCon:
WWU QueerCon representatives will send follow-up information as well as requests for talk/panel staff registration information to your email address as we approach the day of the event. Please ensure you provide us with the correct primary contact email(s) that you will check for updates, so that we can reach you in a timely manner. If we are unable to reach you repeatedly through your contact email(s), your QueerCon talk/panel registration may risk being cancelled.

WWU QueerCon aims to keep your information secure and will not disclose the name or personal contact information you provide to us to a third party. We will only publish the creator and talk profile information online that you place in the form fields that state, “Will be published to our website” – you can also contact us at any time at wwuqueercon@gmail.com to have the text changed at any time if needed, or if you discover an error.
