Player Interest & Registration Form is up!

Want to join a board game or a TTRPG oneshot? For QueerCon 2025, we will have several games available for convention-goers of all ages! Admission to Games rooms is included with your QueerCon Ticket Purchase (link here).

All games will be in person, with reserved tables for TTRPGs. Games may range from quick 10-minute board games to hour-long Table-Top Role-Playing Games, with appropriate breaks.

Please use the form below to show you are interested in the game, or to formally reserve your space in a space-limited board game or TTRPG.

  • Player Registration Deadline – Please register for TTRPG by Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in order to confirm your spot on the game.
    • Confirmations – Confirmations for advance Player registration will be sent via email and/or text.
    • Day-of Reminders – Reminders will be sent for each game by SMS 40 minutes in advance of game start time. Standby waitlisted players should check in with the Ticketing & Will-Call table to confirm their space.
    • Waitlisting / Standby – If a game has additional open spaces, a limited number of slots may be available for sign-up day-of, closing 30 minutes before the game start time.
  • Player Check-ins – Please check in for your game and confirm your reservation at least 30 minutes in advance of game start time.
