Queer Open Mic poetry, short prose, music, and performance
Share your truth with us! Register to perform a poetry or short prose reading, music or vocal performance, MC’d by Danny. We are accepting both live and pre-recorded performances, but you must be present at your performance. Queer Open Mic pre-registrations will open soon. Stand-by performance registration will also be available day-of at the check-in desk, space permitting.
Tabletop Games
Want to GM a tabletop game or host a board game room? We are looking for Game Masters to host all-ages and 18+ game rooms. Game master waitlist registrations will be accepted until Friday, April 05, 2024.

Volunteer!
WWU QueerCon is an annual student-run community event, and this year will be our biggest one to date! We need volunteers to help staff our event and keep our events running smoothly. The more folks we have, the easier the work on everybody! Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one shift of 2.5 – 3 hours to support the event the day-of, and get free admission to QueerCon!
Help Wanted!
We are looking for people to join the WWU QueerCon leadership team! Do you want to moderate a panel or emcee the open mic at the convention? Do you have video editing or social media skills? Do you want to help plan an annual local event that promotes LGBTQ+ creators and representation in arts, media and society? We want to hear from you!
Panel, Talk, Workshop, and Q&A Registration
Present at QueerCon! You can give a talk on your own, co-host a full panel, or run a Q&A or workshop-style event. For panels, we ask that you limit the number of panelists to 5 people. Presentations can be reserved in time slots of 30, 60, or 90 min, including any time allotted for audience Q&A. Not-safe-for-work content is accepted, but will have restricted access to guests 18+ as this all-ages convention is open to minors. Panel, talk, workshop, and Q&A registration for the waitlist will be accepted until Friday, April 05, 2024.

Exhibitor/Vendor Table Registration
Share your amazing artwork, crafts, and other merchandise or share information about your organization or business at your own table convention. But first, you’ll need to sign up to reserve a spot at the convention! Waitlist registration for exhibitors and vendors will be accepted until Friday, April 05, 2024.
