Universities and colleges have exceptionally difficult choices to make regarding fall classes (indeed, for the entire 2020-2021 academic year) and university/college operations. Will they do the right thing and plan for all contingencies? What about putting resources into online delivery—never was a marshalling of reserves more necessary.
