9th Annual WWU QueerCon:
Saturday, April 26th, 2025!
- One ticket gets you admission to all of QueerCon!
- Re-entry permitted with in-tact wristband.
- All-Ages Entry – 12-5pm: During Main Convention Hall and Vending hours of 12-5 pm, all ages are welcome, though children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Some areas of the AW building, such as the 18+ Skybridge are age-restricted areas that may not be accessed by attendees without an 18+ wristband.
- 18+ Entry – 12pm-close: Bring legal proof of age to get an 18+ wristband at check-in, which will allow you to attend any 18+/NSFW vendor, panel, or game areas during the Main Convention Hall hours, as well as any of our After-Hours events from 5 – 8pm, such as Drag Show, Queer Horror Film Screening, and Planetarium Show; these events may include mature themes not suitable for younger audiences.
- QueerCon All-Ages General Convention Hall and Vendor Hours: 12:00 – 5:00 pm
- QueerCon After-Hours Special Events & Drag Show (18+, ID required at check-in): 5:00 – 8:00 pm
To get an 18+ wristband during check-in, an ID is required to verify age.

Your WWU student ID is required to purchase student-priced tickets at the door.
Doors to the Main Convention Halls in Academic West open on Saturday, April 26th at 12:00 NOON.
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
