This is our video presentation explaining how there is limited technological understanding and access in developing countries, which then leads to tech disparities between developed and developing countries. This affects employees’ comfort levels in developing countries, for they are unable to perform tasks. In this presentation we break-down these challenges, and work to find ways that mangers can create more comfort in the workplace.
