Mission Statement: The business industry is made up mainly of powerful white males. This has to change. There is only a small number of CPAs that are either minorities or women. Which is unfortunate because the more diverse a working environment is, the more likely your company is to succeed and thrive. This has been proven time after time. The more diverse your group is the more ideas and innovation comes to your business, helping it grow and reach new levels. Companies that are more diverse are more likely to have happier employees because they can learn and grow from talking and working with all different types of people. We believe that the current business environment in accounting is not diverse enough and that it is beneficial for companies to be more diverse.
