Project Explanation:

A company providing poor leadership towards their employees guarantees disloyalty and a lack of performance as a result. Our research is focused on poor leadership and supervision, how the basis of power is being misused through management, and how this leads to job satisfaction, employees’ loyalty to the team, and job satisfaction to drop.

This source lists traits of management that can either significantly help or detrimentally hinder a company’s success. While much has been researched about working with good peers, this article specifically focuses on the benefits of good management. Effects of seeing positive boss traits in the workplace – such as clarity, efficiency, and respect – is more influential than seeing those same traits only in one’s peers. These ideas directly tie to overall influence on a company’s employees, how successful their work will be, and how collaborative they will be willing to be in each work environment.

We see in this article the outcome of an abusive leadership has a huge effect on how well employees perform. There is not a full understanding on why that is, there is research-based information on how the leader’s behavior has a huge impact on how well employees perform and their motivation is based on a positive workspace.
