Gigi takes a break in reading FoodWISE to acknowledge her family—the most clever editors she know, then talks about a clever teaching strategy, using small-group tutorials, as described here, in the university: is small beautiful? She had experience with such when she attended the University of Sussex, and uses much the same in some of the classes she teaches.
